Digital delivery — no physical shipping

TERMINAL808 sells downloadable audio plugins and subscription access. No physical goods are shipped and no shipping charge applies.

How to install your purchase

After payment is confirmed, access is linked to the customer account associated with your order. Download TERMINAL808 HUB for macOS, install it in Applications and sign in with the email used at checkout. Your eligible products will appear in the HUB. Choose Install for the products you want to use.

Access is normally available shortly after payment confirmation. If it has not appeared, check the order email and your spam folder, confirm that you used the same account, and choose Refresh in the HUB. Contact us if access is still missing; do not purchase the same product again to resolve an activation problem.

Compatibility and activation

The current delivery system requires macOS 13 or later and TERMINAL808 HUB 0.9.0 or later on an Apple Silicon or Intel Mac. Plugins include Audio Units (AU) for Logic Pro and VST3 for compatible DAWs. Check each product page for its supported configuration before buying. Internet access is required for account sign-in, downloads, initial activation and periodic licence refresh. A macOS administrator approval is required when setting up the shared plugin installation directory for the first time.

Updates to a plugin already loaded by a DAW are installed after the supported DAW closes. The HUB includes a background update agent, which can be managed in macOS System Settings. See the Terms of service for device limits and offline access.
